PT100-T

PT100-T is a heavy-duty gimbal designed by Biwater for equipment requiring heavier loads. Mainly used in large-scale camera systems, large-scale sound and light equipment, radar equipment, and other environmental monitoring equipment and other occasions. The gimbal is top-mounted. It can also be made into a side-mounted type according to customer requirements, and the equipment can be installed on one or two sides.

◇Stainless steel shell, the surface is covered with polyester spray treatment, which can be used in corrosive environments above C4.

◇Load 100~180Kg, adjustable according to load balance.

◇The positioning and preset position accuracy is 0.3°. Gear clearance is ±0.2°.

◇IP67 protection grade, all end covers and rotating parts are made of high-performance sealing rubber.

◇Horizontal 360°rotation or continuous rotation, pitch ±90° or customized according to user requirements.

◇The horizontal speed is 3°/s~36°/s/sec, and the pitch speed is 1°/s~9°/s/sec, variable speed is available.

◇RS422 interface, respectively used to send control signals and feedback PTZ position information.

◇The whole machine is sturdy and heavy, with a stainless steel rotating shaft larger than 60mm, and the weight of the gimbal is about 60KG. In addition, the anti-corrosion PT100-TF gimbal has a dead weight of about 74KG, which has strong wind resistance.
